For all looking for some rest and real change in their lives, this class is a 90 minute session of Vipassana (insight) Meditation with sitting, walking, reading and time for questions and answers.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Vipassana, this practice helps develop awareness and compassion, giving rise to greater peace and happiness in our lives.
Please bring your own cushion or Zafu and zabuton. Chairs are provided.
Nina Nagy – trained in the Community teacher training program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, California and Insight Meditation Center, Barre, Mass. She is also a Somatic and Trauma Therapist.
