I am a certified Yoga Alliance instructor (RYT 200hr) trained in 2014 at Riverstone Yoga (Registered Yoga Alliance school) in Vinyasa flow and Hot 26 yoga styles. My yoga philosophy is connecting one’s inner nature and the physical being of our bodies in unison and peace. Through doing yoga and practicing mindfulness, your true potential can be revealed, as the physical experience of yoga movements can unleash the powerful tool of your mind. Understanding that every individual has uniquely different bodies (including injuries), meticulous individual attention and education is given to alignment of bones, anatomy, breath and building strength and flexibility. Discover how through the physical movement of your body in asanas (poses) can help you overcome the limitations you place on your mind, and improve the overall condition of your health.
